To rent the entire space , both cabins and shelter space included (blue cabin sleeps 2, red cabin sleeps 4):
Small Events Base Package: starts at $350 per night, discounts for each additional night!
What's included?
-3pm check in, 10am check out
- up to 25 daytime guests for event. (Must add Total Package for overnight guests)
- Full Private use of both cabins, sheltered area, wood fire pit, and designated field areas.
- 2 BBQ's with propane
- 2 propane fire pits
- 2 bundles of fire wood
- use of swimming pond between 11am-3pm
Small events Total Package: $350, plus a minimum of 2 nights of the base package.
total package fee is one time no matter how many nights your event is, but you must book base package for each night needed.
What's included? With this package you receive everything in the base package, plus:
- early check in and check out, 12 noon for both.
- 12 8 foot benches for use during your event.
- Extra firewood
- 25 guests can stay overnight in designated RV/tent space in field. ( no hookups)
- goodie basket for you to enjoy
For more then 25 people (daytime visitors) we have a flat rate of $100 per 10 people. we max our events at 55 guests, not including vendors.
If you are not booking the total package and would like benches to use for event, $100 for entire booking for all 12 benches.
All event bookings include daily garbage removal, extra propane tank for BBQs, extra water jugs, a few bundles of firewood.
Some extra amenities include badminton net/rackets, and horseshoe pits.
Price will go up depending on length of stay, if you need to rent benches or other items, if you have rv's staying, etc.. please contact us with details of your inquiry.
$200 deposit is required upon booking to reserve dates.
